Three tiers, all gated by shipped proof — not paper credentials. SNCP-A (Associate) is for senior ICs and solopreneurs with 3+ years hands-on and at least one shipped AI feature. SNCP (Practitioner) is the default instructor tier — delivered inside a regulated or large enterprise environment, cleared a five-stage funnel including live enterprise simulation and mock training delivery. SNCP-M (Master) is principal-grade, a lead architect on multi-vendor programs, credentialed by panel defense of a real engagement. Recertification windows are 18–24 months and tied to live delivery, not seat time.
