Every ScaledNative and SNCP credential carries a code that resolves to a single entry in this registry. Paste the code below to confirm the holder, tier, and issue date.
Credential Formats
Codes are stamped on every issued certificate and on the practitioner directory profile. They are case-insensitive.
The registry opens with the first certified cohort. If a code was issued to you and the registry does not recognise it, contact your program administrator.
