Every listing in the directory is gated by the SNCP standard. We would rather open with a small verified cohort than a large padded one.

What a profile contains
Listings do not read like resumes. They read like a ledger of shipped work — every claim backed by a public artifact the practitioner can be held to.
Identity
Role and current focus. No vanity bios. No personal branding taglines.
Tier & credential
SNCP-A, SNCP, or SNCP-M with the credential number and issue date.
Verified domains
Only the domains the practitioner passed. Others are not listed.
Shipped artifacts
Links to merged PRs, public case studies, or reviewed write-ups that were used in the certification defense.
Engagement shape
Advisory, embedded delivery, technical panel, or training — and current availability.
Operating code signature
Confirmation the practitioner has signed the three-line operating code below.

Every tier is gated by hands-on proof of shipping — not paper credentials or course completions.

Senior ICs and solopreneurs with ≥1 shipped AI feature.
Gate
Portfolio + 3-hr live coding exam
Practitioner
Default instructor tier. Has delivered inside a regulated or enterprise environment.
