We are not running public roles yet. The team is being formed deliberately — senior practitioners, a small operations core, and the instructors who will author the SNCP curriculum.
We do the work we certify. Everyone here ships production AI — whether that is a migration for a client, a reference implementation for the curriculum, or the platform itself.
We plan to stay small and senior. A lean team that gets embedded with enterprise clients will always out-ship a large team writing slide decks about transformation.
Async writing is the default. Meetings happen when writing would be slower. The work is focused and the hours are humane.
Early team members get meaningful equity. Cash compensation is market-sensible but not peak-AI-hype. If you want a $600K FAANG package, we are not it yet.
Senior engineers who have shipped real AI systems in production and want to codify what they know — either as instructors who will author SNCP domain content, or as implementation leads who will embed with enterprise teams.
Operators who have scaled a professional services or certification business before and know where the rails usually come off.
