GDPR
ScaledNative respects GDPR principles. Data export and deletion are available on request, and a formal Data Processing Agreement is available for procurement teams. Our production database currently runs in a US region; EU-region hosting is on the roadmap and we will publish a dated update when it ships.
Any user or customer can request a complete export of the personal data we hold on their account. We return it in a machine-readable format within a reasonable timeframe.
Users can delete their accounts, and customers can request erasure of end-user records under their control. We honour these requests without unnecessary friction.
A standard Data Processing Agreement is available for enterprise customers. Email legal@scalednative.com and we will send the current version.
