Pricing

Three ways to work with us. All scoped in a conversation.

ScaledNative is not a self-serve SaaS. Every engagement is written down before it starts. Below is how the work is shaped — the numbers come from a thirty-minute call, not a price page.

Engagement shapes

01 · Certification

SNCP — ScaledNative Certified Practitioner

A practitioner credential for engineers and operators who ship production AI. Earned through applied assessment, not a multiple-choice exam.

Who it is for

Individual engineers, staff engineers, engineering managers, and consultants who want a verifiable mark of native-AI delivery skill.

How it is priced

Per-seat, discussion-based. Cohort pricing is set by the size of the cohort, how many domains a candidate tests into, and whether the engagement is self-paced or instructor-led.

What is included

  • Applied assessment across the SNCP domain model
  • Capability heatmap and named credential on completion
  • Access to the practitioner marketplace once certified

02 · Implementation

90-Day Native AI Delivery Residency

Two SNCPs embed with your team, co-ship a production AI feature against your backlog, and certify 10–20 of your engineers on the way out.

Who it is for

Enterprises that need a real shipped feature and a credentialed internal team — not a slide deck and a roadmap.

How it is priced

Fixed-scope SOW, priced per engagement. Scope is defined before kickoff so you know exactly what will be delivered, by whom, and in what window.

What is included

  • One production AI feature merged into your repo
  • 10–20 engineers credentialed as SNCP-A
  • Named SNCP on camera every paid hour — no juniors shadowing
  • Capability heatmap per participant at handoff

03 · Marketplace

Practitioner Marketplace

Hire credentialed SNCPs for scoped engagements — fractional leadership, implementation reviews, staff augmentation, or audit work.

Who it is for

Teams that need senior AI delivery capacity without a long-term hire, and practitioners who want scoped work routed through a trusted credential.

How it is priced

Direct contracts between the buyer and the practitioner. ScaledNative takes a transparent platform fee that is disclosed before either side signs. No hidden markup, no staffing margin stacking.

What is included

  • Only SNCP-credentialed practitioners — no unverified contractors
  • Scoped engagements with written deliverables before start
  • Transparent platform fee, disclosed before contracting

How we price

Scope first. Numbers second. In writing.

No list prices.

Every engagement is scoped. We would rather spend fifteen minutes on a call than give you a number that is wrong for your situation.

Fixed-scope SOWs.

The SOW defines what we will ship, who will ship it, and in what window. You approve scope before we start, not after.

Named practitioners.

The SNCPs on your engagement are named in the SOW. The person who sold the work is not the person who disappears after kickoff.

Walk-away clarity.

Engagements have defined completion criteria. If we do not hit them, that is on us — not hidden behind a change order.

What a conversation looks like

From first contact to signed SOW, typically inside a week.

  1. Step one

    Scoping call

Thirty minutes. We map what you want to ship or who you want to credential, and whether the Residency, the cohort, or the marketplace is the right shape.

  2. Step two

    Written SOW

A short document. Named practitioners, deliverables, window, completion criteria, and price. You review it against your procurement process.

  3. Step three

    Kickoff

We start on a specific date. The first thing you see is work product — a merged PR, a cohort kickoff, or a practitioner onboarded — not a discovery phase.

Common questions

Pricing, in more detail.

Why no published prices?

The work is scoped. Cohort size, domain coverage, residency length, and how much of your existing platform we integrate with all move the number. A list price would be misleading in every direction. A thirty-minute call is almost always enough to give you a real range.

How is the Residency priced relative to a typical consulting engagement?

The Residency is a fixed-scope SOW, not a time-and-materials engagement. You pay for a shipped feature and a credentialed team — not for an open-ended staffing arrangement. Scope, named practitioners, and completion criteria are written down before either side signs.

What does SNCP certification actually test?

Applied delivery across a defined domain model — evaluation, retrieval, agent design, evals, security posture, and production operations. It is assessed on work product, not on a multiple-choice exam. Candidates produce artifacts that are reviewed by named SNCPs.

Can a team enroll together?

Yes. Most certification cohorts are run as internal engagements for a single customer. Pricing is set at the cohort level, and the engagement can be paired with a Residency so the team earns the credential on live production work.

How does the marketplace fee work?

The platform fee is disclosed in writing to both the buyer and the practitioner before any contract is signed. There is no staffing margin layered on top of an hourly rate — the practitioner and the buyer see the same numbers.

What is the fastest way to a real conversation?

Use the contact form and describe what you are trying to ship or who you are trying to credential. A member of the team will come back with a scoping call and, typically, a written SOW within a week of that call.

Next step

Tell us what you want to ship.

Whether it is one engineer who wants to earn the credential or a platform team that needs a feature in production, the first conversation is the same shape.
